Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 medium sized Potatoes boiled
  • 4-5 pieces Green Chilis chopped
  • 1 spring Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Jeera Powder cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 12 pieces Bread trimmed edges

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Potatoes, cool it down, and peel it. Mash it nicely.
  • Add the Chopped Green Chilis, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Chaat Masala, Jeera Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper powder and mix well.
    Add the grated Mozzarella CHeese and mix well. Make small balls of it and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl of water and soak a bread slice that has its edges trimmed in water. Soak half way only and squeeze out the excess water carefully.
  • Take a mashed potato ball and place it in the center of the soaked bread. Roll the bread to make your bread roll.
  • Heat the vegetable oil and then lower the flame to simmer and fry your bread rolls until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve by sprinkling some Chaat Masala on top along with Tomato Ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
