Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fusili Pasta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 slices Butter about 100gm
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 1 cup Cold Milk
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper more for seasoning the Pasta
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano more for seasoning the Pasta
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese more for seasoning the Pasta later
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4-5 slices Pitted Black Olives
  • 4-5 fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Bring a Pot of water to boil. Add the salt and oil and add the Pasta. Cook until the Pasta gets Al Dente.
  • To make the White Sauce, heat butter in a skillet. Add 2 tablespoon of Maida in it and stir vigorously, so that there are no lumps. It should be golden and bubbly. Once the Maida is cooked, you'll be getting the aroma of cooked Maida.
    Add cold milk while you keep stirring. Keep stirring so that you have a smooth white sauce ready. The sauce will thicken and coat the back of your spatula.
  • Turn off the flame and then season your white sauce with Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Garlic Powder and Oregano
  • Once the pasta is cooked, strain the water and add the Pasta into your cooked white sauce.
  • Add grated Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese to your White sauce Pasta and mix well. Add some Pitted Black Olives and mix well.
  • Season your Pasta with Oregano, Chili Flakes, some more ground Black Pepper, and some more grated Parmesan cheese. Also, add some fresh basil leaves and serve.
