Ingredients
  

  • 6 baby Kiwis
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Make Sugar Syrup by melting 2 cups of sugar in 2 cups of water. As the sugar melts allow it to reach to 2 strings consistency.

  • Peel and chop the Kiwis in Half. Place them in a blender jar and blend them into a puree. You can keep it chunky if you wish to.

  • Pour the Kiwi Puree in the Sugar Syrup. Reduce the heat and cover cook the jam for 20-30 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals.

  • Add Lemon Juice and stir to combine. Once the jam thickens and sticks to the spatula, take it out in a sterilized jar and allow it to cool down.

  • Keep the Kiwi Jam on the counter for 24 hours before refrigerating it.
