Paneer Pakoras or Paneer Pakodas are tasty Indian snack recipe made with Paneer and Potatoes, goes perfect with Tea or Coffee.

- 200 gm Paneer cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 medium sized Potatoes Boiled and Halved
- 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 3-4 pieces Green Chilis chopped
- 1 handful Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Ajwain
- ΒΌ cup Besan
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Mash the boiled potatoes and add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilis, and coriander leaves in it and mix well.
Add the spices - Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, Ajwain, and Besan. Mix everything well until combined. Wrap the Paneer Pieces with the coating and keep aside
Fry the Pakoras | Pakodas until golden brown from both sides.
Your Paneer Pakodas are ready. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
