Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Paneer cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 medium sized Potatoes Boiled and Halved
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 3-4 pieces Green Chilis chopped
  • 1 handful Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ajwain
  • ΒΌ cup Besan
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Mash the boiled potatoes and add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilis, and coriander leaves in it and mix well.
  • Add the spices - Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, Ajwain, and Besan.
    Mix everything well until combined.
  • Wrap the Paneer Pieces with the coating and keep aside
  • Fry the Pakoras | Pakodas until golden brown from both sides.
  • Your Paneer Pakodas are ready. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
