- 1½ cup Cooked Rice
- 2-3 Tsp Refined Oil
- 2-3 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 medium sized Onions finely chopped
- 1 medium sized Carrot finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Beans finely chopped
- 1 medium sized Capsicum cut into dices
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
- 3 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 cup Green Peas
Heat oil in a Pan. Add the Ginger Garlic Paste and onions. Once they get cooked.Add the other veggies - carrots, green beans, capsicum and saute over high flameDo not overcook the veggies. Just saute until they turn pale. Add the Soy sauce and mix well. Add the Schezwan Fried Rice Masala and mix well. Add the green peas and mix well.
Add the cooked rice. Add some vinegar and Schezwan sauce and stir well over a high flame.
Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready. Serve this hot and enjoy!
