Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Singhare Ka Atta Water Chestnut Flour
  • 2 Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Almonds or Cashew Nuts

Instructions
 

  • Take a Non-Stick pan and heat some ghee in it.

  • Once the ghee gets hot add Singhare ka atta and mix well.

  • Roast the Atta on medium-flame. Keep stirring continuously till it gets golden brown. In a few minutes, you will get a nice nutty aroma. This takes about 5-6 minutes.

  • In a separate stove boil some water.
    After 5 minutes atta gets nutty brown
  • Add this water and stir continuously. If the water is not hot enough, then you will see it forming lumps. Keep stirring continuously until it gets smooth.

  • As soon as the water gets absorbed (at least 2-minutes) add sugar.

  • Once you add sugar stir well. In a few minutes, ghee will start separating from the sides. Turn off the flame at that time. Garnish this with cashew nuts, almonds or Raisins. Enjoy!
