So, in the battle of various pizza joints, there is one place that still succeeds to make the world's best pizza, and that is yours and my kitchen. Yes! guys, no matter how cheesy this sounds, but there can be no pizza better than the one we make at home.

This pizza is basically a vegetarian pizza. So, to all meat lovers - don't be sad, you can always add some chicken chunks on your pizza and that will be it.

Secondly, you get a cheesy layer - thanks to shredded Mozzarella cheese! It does all the magic! I seriously didn't have to do a thing. Just shred your cheese (preferably Mozzarella) and top it on your cheese. You will get a tasty, cheesy Vegetarian Tawa pizza in less than 10-minutes.
And, finally the crunchy veggies - I prefer to not overcook my veggies. Hence, all my veggies have a beautiful crunch. Starting from bell peppers, to onions, to garlic, to tomatoes, to olives, every veggie tastes YUM!

Pizza Spread: I generally try to keep the recipe as simple as possible. No fancy ingredient. No rocket science techniques. Easy peasy and fun! So, you will see many people asking you to buy pizza pasta spread. Who cares? And why bother? Just use your tomato ketchup. It's way better than everything else.
Veggies: I generally don't add too many veggies. Just the normal veggies which we all have at our homes at all times of the day. In this case, I have added - Onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, and black olives.
Cheese - Lastly, no pizza recipe is complete without cheese. Therefore, here while making vegetarian Tawa pizza I prefer to add at least 1 cup or 100gm of shredded mozzarella cheese. I never use pre-shredded mozzarella cheese because it's not good for health.
Cook - Sounds, weird right? This step should have been "Bake". No guys. This is a stovetop pizza recipe, so we gonna cover cook it at low flame for just 5-7 minutes. And, they will be done.
Vegetarian Tawa Pizza Recipe with readymade Base in 10-minutes

- 2 Tbsp Refined Oil
- 1 Piece Readymade Pizza Base
- 3-4 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 Tsp Black pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Oregano Dried Crushed
- 1 Medium Onion Diced
- 1 Medium Tomato Diced
- 1 Medium Green Bell pepper or Capsicum Diced
- 3-4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 3-4 Pieces Halved Olives
- ½ Cup Carrot Grated
- 100g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Oregano for garnish
Instructions
- In a nonstick tawa or pan take 2 tbsp oil and keep your pizza base. Spread your pizza sauce on the pizza base with the back of your spoon or a spatula.
- Add all the veggies, one by one on your pizza base. Now shread your cheese and sprinkle it on the veggies.Decorate with remaining veggies.
- Transfer the pan on the stovetop and cover cook this for just 3 to 4 minutes on low flame or until the cheese starts melting.
- Garnish with Oregano or Italian Seasoning. Serve hot.
